Established in 2025, The Establishment Medford is the second addition to our existing family-owned/operated restaurant in Chelmsford. We take pride in our ambiance, service, and culinary offerings.
We offer a contemporary dining room with KENO, dozens of TVs to watch your favorite sports and a full bar! In the warmer weather, join us on our outdoor patio!

The Establishment Medford offers a unique event space in our back porch area, perfect for your next event. Our spaces have a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 200+ guests and are available to reserve for various events. Including banquets, showers, business meetings, bereavements, and more!
